Our commitment to realism goes beyond instruction—we design and build our own simulation trainers to ensure training reflects real-world conditions.

About the Instructor

Hill Country Field Medicine is led by Mike Rivera, LP, a Texas Licensed Paramedic with extensive experience in 911 and high-acuity patient care. As a field provider and leader, he has spent years managing critical patients, mentoring other medics, and building training focused on real-world performance.

His approach is direct and experience-driven—centered on what actually works in the field, not just what’s written in a textbook. Every course reflects that standard: practical, efficient, and built to prepare you for the moments that count.
